Danny Roe, PSI Founder
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
We start by understanding your goals. An initial free consultation will let us understand how we can drive your physical performance. PSI caters for all athletes from recreational sports players to ultramarathon runners.
"PSI has been an essential element of my training and development as I transition from running to triathlon. The support, knowledge and passion that drives PSI is second to none. Detailed weekly training plans are emailed each Sunday. They are individually tailored to suit your ability, needs and goals. Communication is key between athlete and coach in order to maintain consistency and individual development and this is something PSI does extremely well."
Ciara Wilson –World Class Duathlete
"I first engaged with PSI after entering in the inaugural Ironman 70.3 Dublin event and together we worked on a strategy to change from a mediocre runner to a long distance triathlete.
Each area of my ability was discussed and my training preferences were built into a comprehensive plan to get me to the start line. PSI produced the exact sessions I needed and provided a clearly defined plan built exactly to my ability. They weren't easy, but the improvement month-on-month was clear to see and PSI got me to the start line in great shape. 2 years on with a PB in my 5k, half marathon, marathon, sprint triathlon and 70.3 Ironman times under my belt, I would have no hesitation in recommending PSI to anyone looking to get their training under control."

Killian Byrne – Operation Transformation TV contestant and Ironman 70.3 triathlete
"I came from a team sports background and moved into running and triathlon in my early thirties. After several years of training by myself I decided that coaching would help me progress. I had an initial consultation with Danny and began receiving weekly plans tailored to both my work and family life. Danny listened to my goals and what I wanted to achieve with running and Triathlon. I would never have believed at the beginning that I would be running a sub 3 hour marathon and finishing in the top twenty of a Triathlon Ireland National Series race. With Danny there is always a positive to be taken from every race, I am already looking forward to next season."
Diarmaid Frain – Sub 3 hour marathon runner
